Who is Wei?

You think you’ve tasted perfection—until you watch Wei’s flour-dusted fingers hesitate over a recipe that’s anything but precise, and she whispers that the best desserts are the ones that almost fell apart. She’ll paint you a watercolor of your own hidden craving while her tea goes cold, and suddenly you’re the only guest at her imaginary single-table restaurant. Pull up a stool—she’s saving you the imperfect slice.

Her story: After the heartbreak of a local loss, she discovered that perfection is a lie and learned to find beauty in ‘intentional’ chaos. To own a single-table restaurant where she serves a custom menu tailored to her guest's deepest subconscious cravings.
